How can I transfer my entire iTunes library to another computer when my other computer I used iTunes for broke?

Ok, this is the story. I have like 7 gb. of music, videos, etc. in my iTunes library. Everything was good then my laptop fried, or it broke. I don't have money to repair for it, so I want to tranfer my entire library to my house computer. How do you do it though? Please help! How can I transfer my entire iTunes library to another computer when my other computer I used iTunes for broke?
If you have A Mac

If you get a new computer, Setup Assistant helps you transfer files from another computer. If you don’t transfer files during setup, you can transfer your iTunes library by connecting computers, or by using a portable hard drive or iPod.

For more information, open Mac Help (in the Finder, choose Help %26gt; Mac Help) and search for “transferring files between computers.” Also click the links below to see articles on the Apple Service %26amp; Support website.

When you sell or give away a computer, don’t forget to deauthorize it (choose Store %26gt; Deauthorize Computer).
