How can I move my iTunes library with all my songs and playlists from one computer to a new computer???

I have around 300songs, 60short videos and maybe 20playlists in my iTunes library. I was just wondering, how can I transfer all of my iTunes to a new computer I will be getting?

I also have a red ipod nano if that matters.

Please let me know if I can transfer all my library to a new computer.

Thanks, any help is appreciated. How can I move my iTunes library with all my songs and playlists from one computer to a new computer???
If you have an external hard drive:

Move all your music files to an external hard drive (if you don't have one, you can get a fairly decent one at Wal-mart for under 100 bucks). Then take those files now on the external and move them to your second computer. How can I move my iTunes library with all my songs and playlists from one computer to a new computer???

ive tried and asked people before and im pretty sure you cant..the best thing to do is go to the apple store or call the helpline and tell them that you NEED to not just that you want to because they usually give more info if it's more of a necessity
well when i did that i had to put them all on a cd and then downloaded itunes on my new computer then you have to rename the songs cause they'll be called track 1 ,2 ,3, etc. and then remake the playlsts or hjust put different playlists on different cd's

but it takes a while
